Data Deletion Request

If you submitted your details through this website or a Club lead form and would like us to delete them, you can request deletion using the contact details configured by the website owner.

How to request deletion

1. Contact the Club using the business email shown below.
2. Use the subject line “Data deletion request — Artificial Jewellery Retailer’s Club”.
3. Include the name and phone number you used when submitting the form so we can identify the correct record. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
4. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing or deleting a record.

We aim to review requests within a reasonable period. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping purposes; if so, we will limit its use as appropriate.

Website owner: configure a monitored contact email in config.php under contact_email before publishing this page. Without a working contact method, visitors cannot send a deletion request.
